Our Student Council held another meeting this week to discuss issues in the school from the students’ perspective. A list of issues were discussed at the meeting and will be brought forward to the school management for consideration. This is an important process in the school that allows students to have their say in how the school is run.
The ‘Girls Active’ group had an enjoyable day in Gartan on Tuesday, where they spent the day doing various activities, such as wall climbing and canoeing. This was a reward for their hard work in the ‘Girls Active’ programme. The programme aims to encourage young girls to participate in exercise and enjoy being active.
