Parents Classes at Deele College

Deele College recently organised a series of ‘taster’ classes for parents in the run up to Christmas. On Tuesday 5th November, Karen Crossan gave a delicious insight into simple foods to make for Christmas, including vegetable soup, brie parcels, individual baked Alaska, roasted vegetables and mushroom vol-au-vents. This was a thoroughly enjoyable class and a great tasting experience for all involved!
