The first meeting was held on Wednesday 23rdOctober and in school training is planned for early November. This will be facilitated by Seana Monagle of the HSE and will deal with the following:
- · The role of a student council
- · Running an effective meeting
- · Communicating with and involving the whole school
- · Representing other people and decision making
- · Developing an action plan
Following each meeting of the council a brief report will be uploaded to the school website.
First years will attend meetings on a basis once training has ended.
